The recording studio is the one place where I've always felt at home. This passion started in my early teens when my band turned our rehearsal room into an eight-track studio. Music quickly evolved into a lifestyle and I spent many years as a professional keyboard player. However I took every chance I could to write and produce songs.

Although happy with my life as a musician, my dream was to make music production, mixing and songwriting my profession and I feel blessed that I'm living the dream.

I made the move from my dear native country Finland to Stockholm, Sweden in 2000 and things have been pretty much the way I like it since then.

Detona music production is my base, my own production company with a recording studio in downtown Stockholm. I live and breathe here, always striving for perfection. Perfection in my world is when the music speaks to your heart and soul. It's not an easy job, and it's not supposed to be, but It´s what I love. I am what I am.
